Mr. Ashok Choure is a graduate in B.E (Production Engineering) from VJTI (Veermata Jijabai Technological Institute), Mumbai. Right out of college he received his initial work training in the Production department at Kinetic Engineering Ltd, in Ahmednagar for 2 years. From 1986 to 1990, Mr. Choure worked as a faculty member in the Production Engineering Dept. at JNEC (Jawaharlal Nehru Engineering College), Aurangabad. With humble roots, Mr. Choure set up his first factory, Dear Auto Comps in 1989.

Mr. Akshay Choure holds a B.E (Mechanical Engineering) degree from University of Massachusetts, Lowell. After his graduation in 2017, he worked at a reputed start-up Energy Consulting firm in New York City for three years, starting as an Energy Engineer first and then Sr. Engineer – where he mostly conducted energy audits and energy modelling for skyscrapers in New York City. Akshay has recently become a part of Choure Group and deals with day-to-day activities at A K S Automations & Pressings Pvt. Ltd.

Mr. Mayur is a graduate with distinction in B.E (Production Engineering) from JNEC (Jawaharlal Nehru Engineering College), Aurangabad. Mr. Mayur became a part of Choure Group in 1995 when Disha Industries was established in an effort to expand the business and meet demand. Ever since, he played a pivotal role in the company. Mr. Mayur has an extensive knowledge of heavy precision engineering activities and dynamic balancing. He firmly believes in optimum utilisation of knowledge and skills.
