The CNC Turret Punch Press gives remarkable productivity for the components having many perforations or requiring many punches.
It has a capacity to punch 6mm in M.S., 6mm in Aluminum & 4mm in S.S. and has vast tooling potential for the increased versatility, meaning ability to produce variety of components without re-tooling thereby resulting in significant savings for production costs and increasing productivity as well.
This has a great impact on job work cost and so we are able to do job work with excellent quality at affordable cost.
A K S is equipped with 3 Hydraulic Press Break machines that have a rigidly welded, monoblock steel frame for minimum deflection under load.
All the Press Break machines are equipped with a hydro-mechanical system assuring accurate parallelism and repeatability.
The laser cutting machine emits a high-powered laser beam to either cleanly cut or etches a specific design on materials such as mild steel, stainless steel, aluminum. The beam will either burn, vaporize or melt away the excess product, leaving a superior finished design or edge for irregular curve, shapes also.
Specialty CAD (computer aided design) software is used to program the CNC and direct it to perform either the cutting, engraving or etching specifications required for the laser cutting project. It is able to laser cut 12mm in M.S., 3mm in Aluminum & 4mm in S.S.
CNC SHEARING MACHINE:
The CNC Shearing machine is equipped with a welded steel frame that provides maximum rigidity and cutting accuracy. Hydraulic hold downs are automatically adjustable for pressure according to sheet thickness.
A K S is equipped with an 8-tank surface treatment process in order to achieve finest quality of surface finish. This is also considered an Eco-friendly process with 98% recycling of powder.
The powder coating plant is equipped with 3 coating booths and 3 ovens for a mass quantity coating volume. Regularly checks are conducted in order to maintain a uniform layer of thickness for coating.
